We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AMG Lab Store. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unused or in like-new condition
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • items damaged through misuse, abuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
  • items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • clearance, final sale, or special-order items, if marked as such at the time of purchase

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us through our contact page or at our support email with:

  • your order number
  • your name
  • a description of the issue
  • photos, if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
